Bible Text Challenge!

"According to Experian, U.S. smartphone owners aged 18 to 24 send 2,022 texts per month on average — 67 texts on a daily basis — and receive another 1,831." Another statistic reports that "18-34-year-olds report spend 3.8 hours a day" on social networks! The American Bible Institute's "survey showed the Bible is still firmly rooted in American soil: 88 percent of respondents said they own a Bible, 80 percent think the Bible is sacred, 61 percent wish they read the Bible more, and the average household has 4.4 Bibles. A majority (57 percent) of those ages 18-28 read their Bibles less than three times a year, if at all."

In 2015, we at MZ Youth Ministries want to be more committed to Christ and the things of Him and less committed to the world and the things therein! We can all use a little work in the Bible study department, this initiative is for you! In 2015, we will strive to read and memorize verses from the Bible. These will be verses of encouragement so that when tough times come or whenever we need a little reminder, the verse we have learned will come to mind.

This page is where you can find all of the Bible verses posted. It is the goal of MZ Youth Ministries that our youth (and the young at heart who wish to participate) will go away with new found hope and faith through the verses learned!

So will you enter the challenge?
