December 2014 GC UPDATE - Substantial Changes
In less than 7 months, we will be on our way to the General Conference Session of Seventh-Day Adventists! This is an event that only happens once every 5 years and 2015 marks the return of this session in San Antonio.
We want all of our youth and adults to experience this event and be able to see and meet over 50,000 other Adventists from around the world! More than this, we also find this as a perfect time to have fun at the neighboring attractions such as Six Flags and enjoy 4th of July together as a family!
Details of Trip
July 3-12, 2015.
UPDATE: WE ARE NOW FLYING! No more 17.5 hour bus ride. We now will get to Texas and back in less than 3 hours flying time!

Arrive in Austin, Texas at 9:50 AM.
Depart Austin, Texas at 10:25 AM
Arrive at Orlando International Airport at 2:00 PM
Hotel Room
All rooms we have reserved are suites with 2 queen beds and also a sofa bed that is a queen. All rooms have kitchens and living area. All have WiFi, hair dryer, and iron.

B) Package for 4 people
-$875 per adult
-$825 per youth

*TRAVELERS WHO HAVE RESERVED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 17, 2014 WILL SEE A RATE LOWER THAN WHAT IS STATED ABOVE! PLEASE CHECK WITH SHANE TO SEE WHAT YOUR COST IS!*
By now, youth should have paid $200 and adults $300. You can always choose to pay more at this time. Next installment is due in mid January with full payment expected by mid March. Activities such as theme parks, museums, tours, etc are not included in pricing. We are allowing the time frame of March - June for payment of these additions. More information about activities will be given at a later date.**
