Global Youth Day - March 21, 2015

This Saturday (March 21, 2015), we invite all of our youth to join Mount Zion Youth Ministries as we participate along with MILLIONS of other SDA Youth worldwide in the Global Youth Day movement. IF YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING, PLEASE FILL OUT FORM AFTER READING THIS INFO!

About: "GYD is a Sabbath when Seventh-day Youth around the world are challenged to “Be the Sermon” instead of simply listening to one more sermon. Eight million Adventist youths are mobilized on the streets of our villages, towns, and cities around the world to be the hands and feet of Jesus through acts of kindness."

Join Us: We are meeting in the Mount Zion Youth Chapel at 10AM. Here you will find out details, instructions and materials about the day's event will be given.

Location of Service Project: We will depart from the church and go to the Kissimmee Lakefront Park. 

Time: We will be at the Lakefront Park until approximately 1PM. Return to the church for 1:30PM

Attire:
Tops: If you have a youth ministry or pathfinder t-shirt, you are encouraged to wear it. If not, wear a t-shirt. Solid colors are best. Please make sure cleavage is covered!

Bottoms: Jeans are appropriate. However, please no ripped jeans or pants. Cargo/Jean shorts are appropriate. However, please make sure they are KNEE LENGTH or LONGER.

What to Bring:
-Lunch for yourself or team up with a few of your friends. (Suggestions: Sandwich, chips, and drink) Lunch will be eaten at the park!
-Blanket to sit on
-Water to drink during the event
-Sunglasses
